There is also an additional toilet, a washing machine, and a utility/storage room.
๐ On the 2nd floor, there is a large sunny rooftop terrace with an open-air kitchen, lounge and dining area โ perfect for socialising, co-working and relaxing (the kitchen includes a sink, fridge, gas hob and a large dishwasher).
๐๏ธ All three apartments are located on the 1st floor and are accessed via a covered loggia.
๐ช The house has its own private entrance directly from a quiet cul-de-sac into a private courtyard.
๐ Free parking is almost always available directly in front of the entrance.
๐จ APARTMENTS
Each apartment includes:

โข underfloor heating throughout
โข en-suite bathroom
The small and medium studios have walk-in showers and compact kitchenettes with a sink, fridge and kettle (no built-in hob or oven).
A portable induction hob, blender, microwave, and electric grill are available for use in the shared storage on the ground floor or on the rooftop terrace.
The large apartment features a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.
๐ญ Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, but all units have access to a large shared covered west-facing balcony โ a perfect spot for morning coffee or a relaxed evening chat before bed.

The smallest, yet fully functional and very charming. Bright, modern, with a king-size bed and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Ideal for one person or a couple.
๐ MEDIUM โ โBanksyโ
Atmospheric, with a mix of industrial and vintage style. Queen-size bed, unique lighting, a large walk-in shower connected to the room, separate kitchenette and toilet โ a space with strong character.
๐ LARGE โ โSplitGraphicsโ
The largest unit, warm and full of light. Includes a small south-facing balcony, TV, sofa and dining table, and can accommodate up to 4 people. The most comfortable option.
Features a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, sink, fridge and dishwasher.
๐๏ธ RENTAL OPTIONS
โ๏ธ During summer, the house is rented as one unit (all three studios to one group) for short-term tourist stays.
๐ฆ๏ธ Outside the summer season, the apartments are available for monthly rent:
โข individually
โข in combination (2 apartments)
โข or as the entire house
๐ก๐ฆ Electricity and water are paid separately based on consumption.
๐โป๏ธ Internet and waste disposal are included in the rent.
๐ชฃ๐งบ Cleaning fee is paid per stay and it includes one full cleaning per month and two sets of fresh bed linen and towels.
๐ถ๐ฑ Pets are allowed with a deposit + fee per stay

shared use of the laundry area, household and kitchen appliances in storage, the garden (ground floor), and the rooftop terrace (2nd floor).
