"Antique Split" is a family run hotel located in the heart of the Diocletian's Palace, just few steps from the Emperor's square "Peristyle" and St. The hotel is a combination of the modern and antique interior. Original rock stone walls intertwined with modern handmade furniture lead into the Roman time and display the ambience of very own tsar Diocletian's era. All the rooms are unique by their view, the content and the luxurious design of the interior. "Antique Split" is an ideal choice for business guests and all the other leisure travellers who like being treated like a royalty. Mediterranean temper combined with urban rhythm and 1700 years old soul of the Palace, will embrace every single visitor...

Think Antique Circle x Goran Jović is only for professional photographers?

Think again. 📸

Antique Circle x Goran Jović is for professionals, hobby photographers and beginners who simply want to learn, experiment and see photography from a different perspective.

You don’t need years of experience or professional equipment. Just bring your curiosity and your own way of seeing.

LIGHT, FRAME & WANDERING STORIES

Our first Antique Circle reminded us of something we already believed: the most meaningful part of an experience is often what happens between the planned moments.

The conversations that start over coffee.
The laughter that comes a little easier each day.
The new friendships you didn’t expect to make.
And the feeling of becoming just a little more comfortable in your own skin.

Our first group arrived mostly as strangers. They left having shared something together - and that, more than anything we could have planned, is what made those few days special.

This is why we create Antique Circle.
To bring people together around a shared interest, create space to learn and connect, and make room for experiences that stay with you long after you leave.

And this was only the beginning.

We hope our next Antique Circle, LIGHT, FRAME & WANDERING STORIES, will bring its own moments of connection, discovery and memories to carry home.

What happens when a passion for photography meets a deep knowledge of a place?

That’s the idea behind Antique Circle.
For this first photography-focused edition, we’re bringing together Goran Jović’s experience, perspective and connection to Dalmatia with our own knowledge of the places, people, food and little details that make this part of the world feel like home.

You’ll learn from Goran, photograph alongside him and discover some of the places he knows best - while we take care of everything around the experience, so you can focus on learning, creating and enjoying the journey.

And because we want space for conversations, laughter, spontaneity and new friendships, we’re keeping the group small.
10 participants. 4 days. 1 carefully connected experience.

See you in Split, 17 - 20 November.

Every story has a beginning. Goran’s started with a camera, a winter night and a friend who believed in him.

What started as one spontaneous night became a passion that would take him from a small village in Croatia to some of the most incredible places around the world. And today, photography is not only what Goran does, it’s something he loves to share - his experience, his way of seeing, and everything he has learned along the way.

This November, we hope Goran can be that same kind of friend to someone joining us for Antique Circle - someone who gives you a little push, shares what they know, and maybe inspires you to take that first step towards something you’ve always wanted to try.

Together, you’ll explore light, frame, stories and some of the places that have shaped Goran’s own photographic journey, while having the time and space to learn, create and simply enjoy the experience.

Maybe all it takes is one first shot. And maybe this is where yours begins. 🤍

Out of love and gratitude for our hometown, our hotel, our guests, our team, our colleagues and all the little details that fill our hearts - we are creating something ✨new✨

Our very first hotel merch 🚀

We met the wonderful .ate_studio , shared our ideas, values, wishes and our love for our hometown and our hotel.

Very soon, she became one of us and came back with even more than we could have imagined.

Stay tuned, lovely people.

And thank you for being part of our journey 💙

A logo can be more than a symbol - it can tell a story about what a place stands for.

For us, our logo reflects the way we see hospitality: travel is about discovering new places, but also about the people who help you feel connected to them.

The compass represents discovery. The circle represents connection and belonging. And the arrows point towards all the places, stories and little discoveries we love sharing with our guests.

Because at Antique, we don't simply want to show you Split.
We want to share the Split we know and love - and hopefully leave you with a place you'll want to return to. 🤍

September is when the city exhales.

The mornings are slower, the light feels softer, and there's finally time to savour another cup of coffee, another chapter, another stroll through the Palace.

It's one of our favourite seasons in Split. 🤍
