Is there a better type of holiday than the one where you feel like you are at home? A luxury villa situated near the prominent city of Vodice, in a quiet rural place Stankovci, offers a summer experience worth all the praise. The Villa Grandfather’s Courtyard can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two s

pacious bedrooms for 4 guests and an additional sofa bed for 2 more guests. The design of the bedrooms fulfils the design of the whole house - modern but with a glimpse of rustic. The welcome package is waiting for you in the fully equipped kitchen and the BBQ can be found in the outdoor area. Some things truly breathe Dalmatia, and the wooden arbor is one of them. It is perfect for every part of the day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner (and maybe a cocktail party, too). Laying by the 32 m2 pool will be your number one priority. And, for the moments when you want to hide from the sun a bit, but at the same time stay outside, the branches of the old tree make the best shadow possible. This villa thinks about your small ones also. You can find a children’s playground with swing, and for you there are badminton and basketball. Located in a quiet rural environment, where the scent of the sea mixes with the scent of Mediterranean plants, this beautiful villa provides its guests with peace and privacy. Guests can enjoy a walk through the olive grove which is in the field below the house and has about 3000 m2 which is in the field below the house and has about 3000 m2. This area forms part of the Šibenik county, very famous for its natural beauties.

Šibenik is one of the richest Croatian cities, both in monumental and natural beauties. As the villa is slightly situated in the countryside, it is easier to visit the beauties that are near. One of them is the Nature park Vrana Lake, an ornithological reserve. Another one is the National Park Krka, famous for its waterfalls, where you can swim in the freshwater. If you are looking for a quiet holiday in the countryside that is still close to the beach, then we think this Villa is the right choice! You can drive in approx. 10 minutes to the beach. The nearest beach is in Pirovac (10 km) and in the vicinity are the tourist attractions Vodice (22 km) and Biograd (30 km). If you take a day trip, visit the beautiful city of Zadar (50 km), you can enjoy your historical and cultural sights. We also recommend a visit to the beautiful islands of the archipelago of Šibenik and Zadar.
