A trip to Herzegovina with our dear boys!

The day started early in the morning, while the first rays of the sun were shining on our beautiful Ljubljeva bay. With smiles on our faces, we set out on a full day trip to explore this magical area that is rich in history and beauty.

The first stop of our trip was Počitelj, a picturesque town located on a hill. It was as if we stepped back in time while walking along the narrow cobblestones and observing the architecture that has witnessed many generations. Stone walls and towers reminded us of some past times. Every street, every corner was full of wonderful details that enchanted us.

After Počitelj, we headed towards Radimlja, a place that hosts an incredible necropolis from the Middle Ages. A friendly employee of the museum took us through the necropolis and told us about the stećci. Each of them told their own story carved in stone, and we felt like time travelers, deeply respecting that rich heritage.

After that, the road took us to Stolac, a small town filled with secrets. A hill fort dominated the landscape. We walked past Bregava and stopped at restaurant Stari Mlin below the waterfall to enjoy local cuisine.

After Stolac, we moved on to Mostar. As if we had entered a picture gallery, Mostar was filled with life and culture. Walking through the narrow streets in the old city center, we all couldn't wait to climb the Stari most and peer into the emerald waters of the Neretva from above.

Our last stop was Ljubuški, a small town known for its beautiful waterfalls. Surrounded by greenery and nature, we felt as if we were far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing the beauty to fill us.

The day in Herzegovina with our dear boys was truly unforgettable. Good company, old cities with a lot of culture and beautiful nature, Herzegovina has given more than a person could wish for!
