We love the WOW effect that our terrace has on our newly arrived guests :) It spans over 500sqm, surrounded by native plants and flowers. Your first WOW is seeing the 35sqm heated pool, umbrella covered deck chairs and soft towels.

Continuing with the WOW factors, you'll come across a luxurious heated hot tub which relaxes you beyond belief. The third WOW comes in the form of a large terrace space, featuring an outside table, lazy hammock and a comfy corner sofa, perfect for evening gin and gazing into the Istrian sunset.

All Villa Arya rooms have been carefully decorated, but 3 deserve your undivided attention. With 3 beautifully laid out bedrooms, every detail was paramount😊

From comfy, quality mattresses, silky bed sheets, fluffy pillows to room colors themselves. Wake up fully rested and recharged with energy. Every room features its own LCD TV, air conditioning and a spacious closet space. There's an additional bed and 2 baby cots for all your needs. It's not too late to book your stay.🥰

Enjoy a spacious kitchen with a poolside garden view or the gastronomic pleasure found on the outside terrace table. Make it yourselves, or let us create the rhapsody displayed in the pictures. Book in advance, because for a breakfast like this, we're using home grown, local, fresh delicacies :)
