Istrian supaIs an authentic Istrian specialty prepared in earthen jug of red wine and over fried bread, zested with olive oil, sugar and pepper.

Istarska supa je osobitost istarske kuhinje. U bukaletu, obično zemljani vrč, stavi se 9 decilitara temperiranog crnog vina – terana ili borgonje. Dodamo žličicu šećera, maslinovo ulje, malo papra i popržene tople ploške kruha. U to se uroni žlica i posluži društvo koje, ukoliko želi, može piti na tradicionalni istarski prijateljski način – u krug, svi iz jednog vrča!

Lim Bay is a separate and unique natural and ambiental phenomenon of the area around Vrsar. This submerged valley of the former karst river canyon linked to a dry river bed in a river valley (the Draga) encompasses a series of geological, topological, climatic, vegetational and historical characteristics and features.

Zaseban i jedinstven prirodni te ambijentalni fenomen Vrsarštine čini Limski zaljev. Ova morem potopljena dolina nekadašnjeg riječnog krškog kanjona, na koju se nadovezuje suho korito riječne doline (Draga), u sebi objedinjuje niz geoloških, reljefnih, klimatskih, vegetacijskih i povijesnih pojavnosti te zanimljivosti.

Lim Bay is a submerged karst river bed. It is 12.8 km long. Together with the dried-out river bed which is connected to it, it constitutes a formation (the Draga) 35 km long, stretching deep into inland Istria.
