The family house consists of two separate beautiful apartments (first floor and attic), just 2.5 km from the old center of Zadar. It is located in a quiet part of the city with a beautiful panorama that allows for a peaceful vacation.

The comfortable and beautifully furnished apartment consists of a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room and living room open onto a furnished balcony with city views. Each apartment has two bedrooms. The first and second rooms have large beds and wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine.

A beautifully landscaped garden with a swimming pool and outdoor shower invites you to relax. You can use the shared terrace and there is also a barbecue in the garden. Free parking spaces are available in front of the house.

The apartments are ideal for families with two children. Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. The apartments are conveniently located for exploring the entire region. Excursions to Kornati are organized daily. It is possible to organize day trips to the Paklenica, Krka and Plitvice National Parks.
