The first busy charter Saturday of the season is here.

Roads towards the coast are expected to be very busy throughout the day, so we recommend checking traffic updates before departure and allowing some extra travel time.

⚠️ Important traffic warning for today:
Due to strong wind on the part of the DC8 Adriatic road Senj-Karlobag as well as on the DC553 Omiš bypass road (between Zakučac and Omiš) there is a traffic ban on: doubledeckers, trailers and motorcycles, from Karlobag to Sveta Marija Magdalena on the DC8 on the delivery vans and vehicles with covered cargo area too.

You can follow live road conditions and updates here:

Safe travels and we look forward to welcoming you onboard in Zadar!

A few weeks ago we spent some time cleaning a small beach on the island of Ugljan.

It wasn’t a big action.
But it was enough to fill a few bags.

That’s the thing about the sea — it gives us so much, and at the same time quietly shows us where we can do better.

This Earth Day, we wanted to share what we’re doing at Sailhunt to reduce our impact and also where we’re still learning.

No big promises. Just small steps, done consistently.
If you feel like reading, here’s our story:

Some moments deserve to linger a little longer.

Yesterday, on the shores of island Ugljan, time slowed—shared between close friends, quiet waters, and the understated beauty of the Adriatic.

It is in these simple, unfiltered experiences that we are reminded how valuable peace, presence, and connection truly are.

In a world that often feels uncertain, we remain deeply grateful for the privilege of living—and sailing—in harmony with our surroundings.

And with that gratitude comes responsibility: to move forward with care, to choose better, and to contribute, in our own way, to a more thoughtful and balanced world.

Sail gently.
Live fully.

A slightly late post — because we spent the day working on Elysium.

But maybe that’s actually the perfect way to celebrate International Women’s Day: doing what we love, working with our hands, taking care of the boat, and getting ready for a new sailing season.

This day reminds us of the women who fought for the rights we have today — and of how important it is to keep supporting equality, opportunity, and respect for women in every field.

Today I celebrate all the women who follow their own course.
Happy International Women’s Day!

Our family is growing — and this season, a new branch begins at Olive Island Marina

Meet the Kovačević family — Ivana, Keki and Lana — the heart behind our new base.

Their boat is not just part of a fleet, she is their own
Elan Impression 40 “Val” (in Croatian, val means wave).

Keki, a mechanic by profession, takes care of every technical detail.

Ivana prepares the boat, welcomes guests, and makes sure everything runs smoothly from the first smile at the marina.

Lana, who is studying Logistics in Maritime Transport, is already learning the real-life rhythm of the sea through the family business.
