Sky Services FBO is hiring a Ramp Operations Supervisor in Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik!

Sky Services is a dynamic ground handling and aviation support company committed to delivering high-quality operational assistance and premium customer service across international airports.

As part of its continued expansion, Sky Services is currently seeking experienced and motivated Ramp Operations Supervisors to join operations in Zagreb, Split, and Dubrovnik.

Position Overview:
The Ramp Operations Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily airport operations, ensuring efficient aircraft handling, operational excellence, and high service standards. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, operational awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced airport environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate ramp operations and ground handling services, including fueling, catering, crew assistance, and passenger services
- Act as the operational representative of the company in dealings with airport authorities, airline representatives, clients, and operational partners
- Supervise, support, and coordinate the activities of operational teams
- Ensure smooth ex*****on of daily operations while maintaining safety, efficiency, and service quality standards
- Monitor operational activities and promptly manage disruptions, delays, or critical situations
- Provide assistance and dedicated support to VIP passengers and flight crews
- Ensure compliance with airport procedures, operational regulations, and safety standards
- Verify operational services and documentation for billing and invoicing purposes
- Maintain effective communication between departments and operational stakeholders
- Support continuous operational improvement and team performance development

Requirements:
- Previous experience in aviation, airport operations, or ground handling is strongly preferred and will be considered a key advantage
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Clean criminal record required for airport security clearance issuance
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple operational activities simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced operational environment
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
