Anita joined In Clouds Sailing following a career at one of the largest charter agencies, where she worked as the director of Booking Department and Sales manager for seven years. She has over 13 years of experience in the global tourism industry.

Fluent in English, French and Croatian, Anita is a highly qualified charter professional whose insight and expertise ensures clients are matched with their ideal yacht and itinerary. She manages the company's presence to best serve our clients.

With a wealth of experience gained by selling and booking thousands of yachts, she is passionate about looking after her clients. Anyone who works with her is appreciative of her relentless and professional approach to getting the job done.

Along with her valuable first-hand experience of the world's most desirable charter destinations, Anita is a regular visitor of major boat shows, which gives her insight into the latest cruising destinations and charter yacht fleets.

Maja

Maja joined the yachting industry in 2012, working for one of the leading yachting companies where she gained valuable experience in several departments.

Maja is responsible for promoting the ICS charter fleet, administering bookings and supervising the charters. She looks forward to creating your unique experience onboard the ICS fleet. From a simple transfer to a full cruising itinerary, Maja proves her perception and sharp wit are invaluable in responding to your every need.

Vadym

Vadym, the In Clouds Sailing Chief Executive Officer, has built an extensive resume over the past 20 years, having acquired business-based professional experience as a successful manager in Eastern Europe.

After 20 years of working as a project manager in the food industry, Vadym created Under Heaven with his partners in 2015. Vadym continues to develop the company, working to create a modern innovative business that offers excellent service in the charter industry.
