Today we finally set up our channel trailer. ❤️🌍

We wanted it to be based on the feeling that has always been behind PacOrsi — what travel really means to us, and what it might mean to others.

We tried to capture one simple truth: people rarely travel just to see another place. Everyone travels for something… or from something. Sometimes we travel for adventure, freedom, curiosity, connection, or simply to feel alive. And sometimes we leave because we need a change, a new beginning, or just a little distance from everyday life.

This video probably won’t go viral. It probably won’t make us any money. And that’s completely fine. We made it simply because we loved making it and we believe in what it says.

The original idea actually came from a request connected to the travel magazine we were featured in. We created a short piece about why we travel, and afterwards we realised that it represented us better than we expected. So we went back to it, added some of our favourite memories — the sharks, manta rays, our wild dugong encounter, the beautiful places and ridiculous moments — and turned it into the official PacOrsi channel trailer.

It’s only a little over a minute, but somehow it contains a lot of what the last few years have meant to us.

When we first arrived in Tangalle, Sri Lanka, we genuinely felt like we’d landed in the Seychelles. Crystal-clear water, towering palm trees, and peaceful beaches with barely anyone around… it was hard to believe.

The biggest surprise? We spent the entire day for just $18 —including accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. 🤯

🇱🇰 You Don’t Need to Break the Bank to Visit Ella! 💚

We came to Ella for the famous Nine Arch Bridge… but what we discovered was so much more.

For less than $25 we stayed in a $7 hotel (where the monkeys stole our breakfast! 😂🐒), visited breathtaking viewpoints, explored a peaceful hidden Buddhist monastery, hiked Little Adam’s Peak, saw Ravana Falls, and enjoyed amazing local food.

😳 This might be the scariest tower in the WORLD…

We visited Ambuluwawa Tower near Kandy 🇱🇰 and honestly… most people turn back halfway.

The stairs are so narrow that if one person stops — no one can pass 😅

But the view at the top? Unreal.

And what makes it even crazier… we did all of this while staying in a $4 apartment 👀

Kandy itself surprised us just as much — such a beautiful city. Don’t skip it if you’re in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰
