CHECK-IN TEAM (Part-time)
Are you outgoing and LOVE meeting new people? Then this is for you. You will meet and greet guests, give them tips and info about Budapest and their accommodation, and make sure they get the warmest welcome possible. Experience in customer service is a must.

RESERVATIONS / GUEST SERVICES TEAM (Full-time)
Are you a problem solver? Can you think fast on your feet? Are you an excellent communicator with fabulous customer service skills? Then this position is for you! You will be the eyes and ears of the business, taking reservations, communicating with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure satisfaction to the highest standards. You must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to liaise effectively with all other team members. Minimum 1-year experience in a customer service based field, and fluency in English is a must. Previous experience in hospitality a bonus.

HOUSEKEEPING TEAM (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Are you someone who has an eye for detail? Do you take pride in creating beautiful, spotless apartments. Then we are looking for you. You will be responsible for working with our Housekeeping manager to make sure each one of our luxury apartments is ready, clean with new linens and stocked with our welcome minibar before our guests arrive.
