Behind Budapest We open the door for you to a Budapest that you've never seen. Our Spanish and German guides are native speakers. And all of us speaks English as well.

A small group of qualified guides decided to launch this project to provide something else than the normal guided tours loaded with too many facts and figures and sometimes lack of language skills. Who else spends most of their week on the Buda side? 😂

Today, we flipped the script and sent our squad to explore Pest side landmarks with a different team, while we got to play favorites with the Buda hills. To avoid the crowds, we rose and shone on Gellert hill, then dove into the Buda Castle quarter for a deep dive tour.

Oh, and fun fact: our awesome guest brought an old Hungarian banknote from 1989 all the way from the States! 💸👏

Számunkra a közösségépítés és a támogató szakmai buborékok megteremtése nem csak egy üres szlogen. Több, mint 50. alkalommal szerveztünk a Budapest Explorers csapatával közösen kapcsolatépítő és ápoló találkozót kollégáknak.

Nagy öröm nekünk, hogy egyre több és több idegenvezető vesz részt egy-egy ilyen eseményen, az pedig külön öröm, hogy egyre több a pályára lépő kollégának segíthetünk elhelyezkedni, első szakmai kapcsolatok létrehozásában.

Today's mission was to show a Mexican duo the ropes of Buda's awesomeness without losing our minds in the crowds! 🤯
Adam cleverly started at Buda Castle quarter, sneaking in a visit to Matthias Church and Fisherman's Bastion before the selfie-stick chaos began. By the time the masses arrived, our travelers were sipping coffee on Gellert Hill, taking in the views and pretending to be locals. After maxing out their 10,000-step quota, they earned some serious relaxation time at Rudas bathhouse - they must have been exhausted from all the sightseeing
