Kova has been shaping the BMB atmosphere in the garden of Budaházy Fekete Kúria for the past 10 years, curating the set-ups and creating a seamless flow between the concerts. For years, he was also responsible for the atmosphere at Budapest’s Salt restaurant.

This Saturday, he’ll be bringing his signature sound to the Lőcse vineyard.

Expect eclectic yet cohesive sounds, thoughtfully curated sets, and a touch of that “Rádió Café atmosphere in the garden” — quality pop-electronic music with plenty of inspiration.

In the Footsteps of the Stonecutters – A Hike “East of Béres”

Stonecutting is an integral part of Erdőbénye’s history and, indeed, one of the defining elements of the village’s identity. As trades have changed over time, stonecutting and quarrying have gradually faded into the mists of the past. On this short hike, we will explore some of the old quarries and “put on the map” what stone once meant to the village, both economically and socially. We will also get a small glimpse into the prehistoric world.

A relaxed late-summer hike, with no rushing involved. Due to the dry conditions, we will shorten the route slightly. :)

In the Footsteps of the Stonecutters – The Eastern Side of Erdőbénye and the Hidden World of the Quarries
Distance: 7–8 km
Meeting point & departure: August 29, 9:00–9:30 AM at Mondoha Bistro. From there, we will drive to the Béres Estate and continue on foot.
Difficulty: Easy
Terrain: Mostly gravel roads and old farm tracks, with some connecting sections along trails.
What to wear: Hiking shoes are recommended, along with light, comfortable clothing.
Tick protection is also recommended.
