Mount Batur is an active volcano located at the center of two concentric calderas north west of Mount Agung on the island of Bali, Indonesia. Mount Bature Trekking has long been one of the highlights of the active traveler to trip in Bali. Not only an active volcano’s explore experience and close and personal with one of Bali’s scared mountain, but you also get wonderful panoramas of the sun bursting onto the horizon in a riot of oranges and yellows and slowly spreading over the caldera and lake below.
