Indonesia has introduced a new Arrival Card starting 1st September 2025.
This has streamlined immigration, customs and health declarations into one pass. 👏

Steps to Complete the Arrival Card for Foreign Visitors

✅ Visit https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/

🌟Select "English" and “Foreign Visitor” and fill in the required info
🌟Submit the form to receive your QR code.
🌟Present the QR code (either printed or on your device) along with passport upon arrival.
🌟You can do this pass within 3 days of your arrival

1️⃣ 🌴 Holiday Visa🌴

••When flying into Bali choose, “Kota Denpasar” as your city and “Bandara International Ngurah Rai” as your airport••

* Every passenger needs a visa….no matter the age

* E-Visas can be done 90 days before travelling

* Once your visa is paid and approved, it will be emailed to you & can also be found in your immagrassi profile

* Download for each family member and have them ready to show


🔥Tip #1 - pre purchase online and skip a line at the airport 🔥

🌟Visas can also be purchased on arrival at Bali airport, so don’t stress if you cannot do it online🌟

☀️ E-Gates ☀️
Children over the age of 6 can now use the E-gates on arrival.
If you have a child under the age of 6 you need to head over to the family and children line, which if you’re looking at the E-Gates is on your far right.

2️⃣ 🌸 Electronic Customs Declaration 🌸
**FREE**

••This can be completed 72 hours (3 days) prior to travelling, this is one per family.

••Once completed make sure you screen shot the QKR code and have it ready to show customs after you collect your luggage

🔥Tip #2 - Create an album in your phone, to store all your visas and QR codes so they are easy to find🔥

3️⃣ 🏝️Tourist Levy 🏝️
**150k IDR (approx. $15 AUD)**

• There is no tourist levy desk at Bali airport anymore, these now can only be purchased online.
• All tourists entering Bali on a tourist visa are required to pay the levy.

4️⃣ Health Pass 🏥
**FREE**

This is still a requirement per passenger according to the Indonesian entry requirements

NEW VOA online website and SIMPLE process!!

Using the NEW link below, simply choose your Visa type - B1 - then use your phone camera to scan the bottom of your passport.
It will auto fill your details.
Carefully cross check them all and tick each box below if correct.

Enter your accommodation name/address and then choose to either pay online or on arrival.

🙌🏻 That’s it! NO uploading documents 🙌🏻

You can still pay for your Visa on arrival when you land in Denpasar OR apply for an electronic Visa prior to travelling.
BOTH cost the SAME amount - IDR500,000 per person for a 30 day stay (B1 Tourist Visa)

For e-VOA there is only ONE official Government website 👇🏼

You can then skip the payment and immigration queues and use the e-Gates to self scan yourself through Immigration.

**Additional FAQs**

🌟All travellers aged 6 years and older can use the e-Gates

🌟If flying into Bali, choose Bandara Internasional Ngurah Rai airport.

🌟For City, choose Kota Denpasar and it will autofill province to Bali.

🌟You can extend a B1 Visa for an additional 30 days online.

🌟Generally issued instantly or within 24 hours. Recommend to screen shot your application number and check junk folder.

🌟Once issued it is valid for 90 days to enter Indonesia for a 30 day stay.

🌟It’s recommended to use a phone/tablet as you need a camera.
Browser/engine can also matter if getting errors, try a different one.

🌟No need to print. Just pop your passport in the e-Gate as instructed and your e-VOA is linked. If you’re paying on arrival head to the first lot of counters BEFORE the e-Gates.

🌟It appears you can no longer do batch applications for multiple travellers.
However it only takes a few minutes for one.

🌟Unlike previous e-VOA’s your photo is no longer shown on the document.

🌟Travellers under under 6 years of age CAN obtain an e-VOA but need to be processed manually at Immigration.
Queue together as a group and they will be assisted by officers while you scan through.
