Booking melalui Airbnb

Banyak yang tanya apakah bisa booking melalui airbnb, jawab nya yess bisa d**g.
Dan saat ini kami sementara ini hanya menerima bookingan melalui karena ada beberapa pengalaman tidak mengenakan dimana tamu yang menginap melebihi kapasitas yang disediakan, kalasitas kami maksimal saat ini adalah TOTAL 12 orang dan sudah termasuk anak/remaja/balita ya kak, jadi bukan 12 dewasa + 10 anak yaa kak

Kenapa sih dibatasi? Ya karena kami sudah memperhitungkan fasilitas yang disediakan dengan jumlah tamu yang bisa ditampung untuk nyaman memakai . Kapasitas 12 orang sudah tidak akan nyaman diisi lebih dari 12 orang, apalagi sampai 20 orang, akhirnya komplain jika ac tidak dingin, air panas tidak panas dan lain sebagainya.😭🙏🏼

Villa Lawang Ijo: A Blend of Modern Comfort and Javanese Heritage

When designing Villa Lawang Ijo, we envisioned a seamless blend of modern convenience and the rich cultural heritage of Jogja’s art and architecture, creating a space that feels both inviting and inspiring.

Key Features:

A spacious 708m² property with a total building area of 450m².

A large 10m x 4m swimming pool, ideal for relaxing or fun gatherings.

Ideal for 10 guests and comfortable for up to 14 guests (including children), with 2 extra beds available upon request.

Main Villa:
The main villa includes three bedrooms, all overlooking the swimming pool, as well as a Joglo for lounging, dining, and the primary guest kitchen.

The Pavilion:
The pavilion offers two bedrooms, a shared large bathroom, an open living area with a lounging space, a small kitchen, and a dining table. For bookings of up to 4 guests, only the main villa is opened, but for larger groups, the pavilion is included. Note: The villa is exclusively yours, even when the pavilion is not in use.

The Joglo:
At the heart of the villa lies a beautifully restored, 100-year-old Joglo, an iconic piece of Javanese heritage. Traditionally a reception area, this structure has been adapted to modern living, with large glass windows offering stunning views of rice fields and distant hills.

Inside, the Joglo combines traditional and modern elements, featuring a green marble dining table with six chairs, lounge seating, and a bale made from upcycled teak. The Joglo also houses a fully equipped modern kitchen with a green marble countertop, fridge, microwave, 2-burner stove, water dispenser, and cooking utensils.

Kelebihan menyewa private villa lawang ijo, selain cocok untuk keluarga besar ber 10, keuntungan lain adalah ketika musim liburan seperti ini, Kota Jogja yang berjarak hanya 15menit dari lokasi villa akan macet dan penuh pengunjung, bikin tambah pening lah.

Nah pasti banyak yang sudah sering ke Jogja kan, jadi di desa kami ini banyak alternative pilihan kegiatan, seperti berkunjung dan serta wisata kuliner baik yang tradisional seperti dan atau resto dan kafe dengan makanan lebih international seperti

Atau ya leyeh leyeh aja di villa dan pesan semua makanan melalui ssehingga kita punya quality time dengan keluarga dan sahabat liburan kali ini.
