Without sponsorship from Wonderful Indonesia, the committee brought in at least 238 golfers from seven countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, England, Australia, Italy, India, and Indonesia as host country. Although the aim of 300 golfers was not met, this event brought more tourists to Indonesia than the previous year's event, which brought 150 golfers.
