Nancy Rivard was an off-duty flight attendant flying home from a conference when she noticed two distressed children with a woman who didn't seem to know their names. She contacted a hotline she'd just learned about at a workshop on human trafficking, and two weeks later learned her tip led to the rescue of 82 children.
Rivard has since developed a voluntary program to teach flight attendants how to recognize and report instances of human trafficking. Kudos to Nancy!
