📍 Karang Divers – Pemuteran, Bali

Karang Divers is looking for a motivated and responsible Indonesian woman to join our team as a Receptionist.

We are a young and dynamic dive center located in the quiet north of Bali.

🔹 Requirements:

Indonesian nationality

Female

Basic English (spoken & written)

Immediate availability

Friendly, confident, and good communication skills

Able to follow SOP and work in a team

Sales experience preferred

🔹 Main Responsibilities:

Front office reception & guest handling

Selling diving, snorkeling trips, and courses

Responding to messages & assisting walk-in customers

Helping customers and team with equipment preparation

Daily reporting and basic administration

🔹 We Offer:

Minimum salary: IDR 3,207,000 per month

Sales commission

IDR 25,000 per T-shirt sold

Tip box

BPJS Kesehatan + BPJS Pension

Shared accommodation (2 women per room, private bathroom)

7 hours per day, 6 days per week

12 days paid leave after 12 months
