CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY :
Please read carefully the term and cancellation policy, as it may vary for each service provider
Cancellation policy of actity is listed on the booking form, before proceeding the online payment.
In case of refund, the total amount to refund is after deducting any aplicable fees and commissions charged by payment platforms.
Refund for the online payment will be credited to your credit card which may take up to 14 days
Instead of refund, we can keep your full deposit for other services or next visit booking
If your trip is cancelled due to force majeure or disaster we will refund your deposit or payment in full amount
If your trip is cancelled due to your flight delay, traffic jam or last minutes cancellation notice there will be no refund.
