Visited Bali for the first time in 13 years, and a friend recommended Denny’s Personalised Tours — a family-run business operated by Denny, Kevin, and Melvin. From the moment we arrived, they genuinely cared about making our trip special.
Unlike many tour companies that stick to strict 9-to-5 schedules, they were happy to spend as much time with us as we wanted. They also provide wheelchairs, walkers, and baby seats for a minimal charge, which made things so much easier for our family. On a couple of occasions they even pushed my wife around in her wheelchair, which showed the extra level of care they give their customers.
What really stood out was that they don’t just drop you off at attractions and wait in the car. They organise entry tickets and personally guide you around, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. Denny also became our photographer, it takes all the pressure off.
Their vehicle setup was great too — they happily played music through Bluetooth, or in my case let me connect my own playlist. Before long we were all singing together and having an amazing time.
Denny, Kevin, and Melvin make you feel like family rather than just another customer. They gave us such a fantastic experience that we’ll definitely be returning to Bali next year.
