Bali fruit guide: what it tastes like and how to pick it 🥭

Mangosteen, salak, rambutan, dragon fruit, durian — what’s actually inside each one, and the trick to picking a good one at the market.

A few you probably didn’t know:
🔹 Mangosteen — count the petals on the bottom, that’s how many segments are inside
🔹 Rambutan — green hair tips mean fresh, all brown means it’s been sitting
🔹 Durian — shake it, a slight movement inside means ripe
