In 1972, Golden Kris Tours was initially established under Indonesian law βCVβ (βComanditer Venonscaftβ β unlimited liability Indonesian partnership company) which located in the beginning at Jl. Nangka Gang Kenari XI no. 1
In 1973, CV. Golden Kris Tours moved its office to Jl. Veteran no. 59
In 1978, the company established a private limited firm and consolidated in 1978 under Indonesian Law as a βPerseroan Terbatasβ (PT β limited liability Indonesian owned sharholding) (equivalent to βS.Aβ in France) and licensed by the Indonesian Minister of Tourism and located the office at Jl. Gianyar no.3
In 1986, PT. Golden Kris Tours moved its office and located to Jl. Hayam Wuruk no.58A
In 1991, PT. Golden Kris Tours, has been located at its own building at Jl. By pass Ngurah Rai no. 7 until now.
