Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries from different channels (OTAs, agents, direct booker) and convert these inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Fast & responsive coordination between guests, manager, drivers and outsourced vendors before guests’ arrival & during their stay
- Guest care: Assist guests with requests & complaints, solve daily challenges with reservations and unexpected occurrences with patience & hospitable attitude
- Make sure guests are happy and well taken care of during their stay to ensure 5-star reviews on OTAs
- Local recommendations: Able to offer local insights, recommendations and travel itineraries that can improve guests' experience
- Back office: Make invoices, fill out databases, etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent written/spoken English
- Positive, can-do attitude. We need someone with a solution-oriented mindset
- Accountability & Independence. You'll be working with minimum supervision, however, you’d need to be able to meet our expectations & standards
- Willingness to learn how to use a channel manager software, different apps and workflow
- Comfortable with using online file-sharing tools (e.g Google Sheet, Google Docs, etc) and instant messaging platforms
- Proactive and flexibility to switch between roles & responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Rp 3,000,000 to Rp 6,000,000 /month
