Luwak coffee is a rare and one of the most expensive coffees in the world from Indonesia, processed through natural fermentation in the digestive tract of the civet (Asian palm civet). Ripe coffee beans are eaten by the civet, fermented in its stomach, and then excreted and collected from its f***s for washing and roasting
Flavor Profile: Known for its delicate aroma, smooth, mildly acidic flavor, and complex notes of chocolate or caramel.
Unique Process: Wild civets naturally eat only the ripest coffee cherries, which is believed to enhance the coffee's quality
