Good food, good venue and good company! It was a beautiful afternoon spent with our guests at the General Manager cocktail party. We were dancing together with our guests and had a great fun with the Genjek Dance performance by Discovery Talents. Last week ( 13/10/2017 ) we as Artha Graha Peduli member went to Padang Bai to cheer up our refugee's family and children ( Mount Agung Refugees ).
We had some fun games and brought some toys too.

We hope our presence could make our family happy, thank you to let us seen your happy smiles.

We are here to celebrate our 27th Anniversary with all of our friends; our guests, our media partners and for sure our staffs. The purpose of today event is to thank everyone for their full support that makes us become stronger every day till 27 years.

Before we have this celebration today, we started 1 full month of CCSR Program to give back to the community; we stared the CSSR Month by giving donation to our temple by renovated their Gamelan Room, Blood Donation Event with Indonesian Army, Free Health Check-up, Affordable Groceries, Cleaning Blitz, Planting tree, Social service at the Nursing house and some more.

Today we had a very special gift from our friend from Nelayan Temple, they gave us an Ancak Tree to be planted at the hotel area. Ancak Tree is a rare tree which is mostly used for the Balinese ceremony's purposes.

Our team gathered this morning to do our regular beach cleaning.We keep doing it because it’s part of our continuous care to the environment. We believe that the healthy and beautiful environment will bring good impression not only to us as the local community but also for people who come to Bali.

As part of our CSSR program and taking care of our community; once a month Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel in association with the Artha Graha Peduli Foundation hold a Discovery Friday Charity. At this regular event we sell the affordable priced groceries to our local community at cost in our effort to support them and their families.

The General Manager Cocktail Party that was held at The Pond Restaurant where we welcomed our return and repeater guests with Cendrawasih Dance performed by Ms. Oki and Ms. Kadek Darling from Food and Beverage Service Department . Cendrawasih Dance is a Balinese dance which is performed by two female dancers, portraying the male and female birds of paradise portraying their mating rituals. The dancers are dressed in style headdresses with feathers stuck in them as well as long flowing scarves or skirts. The skirts serve as the colorful tails of the birds of paradise to give the impression of wings.
