3. Payment Method :
Gaia Bali Tour accept payment via cash/online transfer.
4. Reservation & Deposit :
A deposit is required upon of booking, the balance of payment must be paid up 7 days before the Tour commences. Minimum deposit is 30 % of the tour fares.
5. Cancelation Policy :
Cancellation fee to 30% of the total payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled. No-Show will be charge of 100% of the total payment.
6. Travel Insurance :
All travelers are recommended to purchase travel insurance.
7. Privacy Policy :
All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. Your reservation is abolutely secure.
8. Law & Jurisdiction :
These terms and conditions are governed by Republik Indonesia law and any dispute arising between the parties is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republik Indonesia.
