We're looking for a qualified Travel Consultant to work in the capacity of an Airline Ticketing & Reservation Staff.
Ticketing & Reservation Staff
(Jakarta Utara – DKI Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
•Arranges reservations and routing at request of passengers and Travel Agencies for FITs and GITs.
•Plan routes, itineraries and accommodation details, compute fares and fees, using schedules, rate books, and computers.
•Answer inquiries regarding information such as flight schedules, rules, procedures and policies.
•Determine whether space is available on travel dates requested by customers, assigning requested spaces when available.
•Provide clients with assistance in preparing required travel documents and forms.
Requirements:
•Man/Woman aged 20-30
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Airline Operation/Hospitality/Tourism/Airport Management or equivalent
•Fluent in English language; speaking & written
•Proficient in the use of Amadeus GDS
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
•Must be able to work effectively in a team with other colleagues and service partner staff.
•Posses excellent organizational skill and able to multi-task
•Excellent customer service, highly motivated, enthusiastic, positive mind, able to work under pressure and good interpersonal skills.
