On August 15, 2026, at 5:58 AM, an earthquake with a magnitude of 7.7 on the Richter scale struck the North Sea of Flores Island, destroying many homes and buildings and claiming numerous lives.

A few days after the earthquake, three foreign tourists were on vacation in Flores, specifically in Ruteng. While looking for a place for entertainment, they found Mini Bar Zero to Hero in Karot. When they arrived at the bar, as the owner, I initially wanted to turn them away. However, with a sincere heart, I decided to welcome and serve them while explaining the post-earthquake situation.

The guests were deeply moved and touched by the story. Ultimately, they decided to return the next day to help us, the earthquake victims. Thank you so much for your kindness and support. We feel truly helped and deeply grateful.
