INTRODUCTION
Hotel Front Liner Indonesia founded on April 20th, 2013 in Bali witnessed by the former of AICR Chairman, Mr. Alphonso D ’ Conceicao. West Nusa Tenggara Hotel Front Liner
Association (HFLA) was founded in 2017 in Lombok as association representing the
hotel front office sector in Indonesia. Our members represent more than 50 hotels from
3 to 5 star diamond accommod ation hotels throughout Lombok & S umbawa.
Hotel Front Liner Association’ s main roles are to exchange information and
experiences on issues affecting front office sector such as hotel ind ustry trend , new
products and technologies even criminal issue warnings. To serve the best interest of
our members, hotel student and faculty members, and also hotel ind ustry partners,
Hotel Front Liner Association provid es networking opportunities and other value- added
services.
In promoting and d eveloping tourism industry inIndonesia, Hotel Front Liner
Association contributes ideas and concepts for the National Work Competency
Standard in Indonesia or known as Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia
(S KKNI) as a part of the ministry of culture and tourism in Indonesia.
Hotel Front Liner Association now plays a more active role in building positive images
and qualified human resources in the front office sectors to enhance the tourism
industry in Indonesia. Our main goals are to help our members to be more competitive
and successful within the national, regional and international area in affiliation with
Human Resources Development Institution in Indonesia
(Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi)
and International Room Division Association ( AICR ).
This year as an acknowledgement to the hotel front office sector in Indonesia, Hotel
Front Liner Association will host the NTB Chapter Receptionist of the Year 2019
Competition.
We hope that through this event, we could enhance tourism industry in Indonesia.
