Sandikala is the beautiful time at the end of the day, as the sun sets in a blaze of glorious orange and lights the sky with glowing colours of orange, purple and salmon pink. The light is soft and the colours are reflected on the surface of the ocean as the sun sets.

Family and friends gather and perform the evening rituals, and prayers to give thanks for the day and ensure that the island is at peace as night approaches.

The luxury villa is a large three bedroomed property, surrounded by beautiful rice fields and about 400 meters from the beach. The house has floor to ceiling window panels that all open onto a large garden and pool with views across the rice terraces and out to the ocean.

Available for rent on June 5th 2021.
6 MONTHS OPTION - 180 MILLION
12 MONTHS OPTION - 300 MILLION

INCLUDES:
- House Keeping - our staff stay with the villa.
- Bedding is changed every 5 days.
- Laundry - staff will do laundry on a daily basis for clothing.
- Cleaning of Villa - done on a daily basis. Staff will keep clean and tidy. You are expected to clean up after yourself.
- Cooking - staff can cook 3 meals per day. Food costs are at your own expense.
- Pool - Chemicals and all maintenance.
- Garden - Maintenance.
- Wifi
- Water to the property. Not drinking water.
- Quality Control is done once per month to make sure all maintenance is up to date. The owners will pay for all maintenance of the property.
