AIESEC is the largest student-run non-profit organization in the world. Provided many platforms for every youth around the world for developing their leadership skills, such as Leadership Program (team leader and team member) or exchange program (Global Internship and Global Community Development). With over 86,000 members in 113 countries and territories, present in over 2,400 universities across
the globe, provides more than 24,000 leadership experiences to its members and sends students and graduates on 20,000 international exchanges yearly. AIESEC is supported by over 8,000 of partner organizations around the globe who look to AIESEC to support the development of youth and to access talented individuals keen on personal growth. AIESEC Andalas University (Universitas Andalas or UNAND) is one of AIESEC Local Committee in Indonesia. And the only one local committee that is located outside Java.
