First of all let me say that you have been an incredible person to work with. You have exceptional English skills and you were quite prompt in your responses to my many queries .. You were quite intuitive in that you quickly realized I am a detailed person and offered those specific details throughout our several emails... You went well beyond what was expected and thus gained my trust and confidence in your company...
You listened, understood our priorities and followed through accordingly offering suggestions and alternatives to our stay in Flores... You showed passion and determination to make our stay as enjoyable as possible .You are truly an asset to your company and I have recommended you to a few friends ...

Labuan Bajo
Our boat crew and guide were most attentive and we tipped them well as a result of their efforts ...The kitchen staff were very good and served good meals with vegetables ... and fruit

Hotel
I would highly recommend Sunset Hill hotel as service is truly their priority and the rooms are large and VERY clean .. Best five star view over the bay ..Quiet and shuttle to town... Not for those who want to be in town.. Food is exceptional and reasonable .. Greek salad and Homemade lasagna

When our tour ended with you we went back to Labuan Bajo rather than Bali as feared Mount Agung May erupt ... Stayed at Puri Sari hotel as more upscale with swimming pool and beach ... Service their priority and food great ... VERY quiet surroundings ... Not Bali but a great four night stay ..Shuttle downtown

Yamin our guide in Ende and Bajawa
Yamin was exceptional in every way and certainly was prompt and attentive to our needs and suggestions ..He was not only a very cautious driver but he had a good command of the English language .He was a very pleasant young man with an excellent attitude and passion for his job.... I would highly recommend him again👍

Hotels and eateries
The Komodo Eco lodge was great !!!! Service their top priority ..
Happy happy. Great little place for one star.. “ Alfonso” in charge as Dutch owners on holiday ... was most welcoming and shared things to do over welcoming tea...
Grand Wisata needs improvement ... You can read several negative reviews on trip advisor ..... When you enter you do not feel welcomed but rather an imposition ... The sheets were clean but overall the room certainly needed a good cleaning ...

We ate outside at a great restaurant across the street called Sari Rasa and hung out at a new funky coffee shop a few doors down.”Mokka coffee “Both places went out of their way to provide exceptional service ..
