CASA VILLA is a private, cosy, 2 bedroom holiday villa centrally located within a 5 minute easy stroll to Artesedana Supermarket (old Hardy’s) in Sanur and a further 200 metre walk to the white sandy beachfront promenade. 2 minutes stroll from Casa's front door you have
a mini-mart, 2 wonderful warungs (local restaurants), a sports-bar, and a Spa. If you are looking for a well located rental, y

et also quiet and secure, then this Villa is the right choice. Casa's entry opens to a stunning carved stone feature wall and all rooms look out over the sparkling pool, framed by a fragrant frangipani tree, where you can relax on the outdoor deck on sun-loungers. There is a welcome basket with drinks and munchies on arrival to settle you in. The two large comfortable king size bedrooms, with lockable sliding doors, can be opened fully for direct access to the swimming pool area. Both, come with adjoining ensuites, walk-in showers & safes and situated at each end of the Villa. These are separated by an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with huge bi-fold doors to let the outside in or vice versa; all overlooking the pool. One of these bedrooms can convert to a twin king single bedroom making it perfect for younger children, teens or adults. All indoor areas are fully air conditioned, should you wish to stay inside and escape the tropical heat. The living dining room contains a comfortable 6-seater L shaped lounge, television with Smart TV & a DVD player installed, mobile USB speaker system, and sideboard with games and books etc. The 6 seater dining table looking out to the 7 x 3 metre pool which has 30cm edging & an easy access step with hand rail into the pool. Also a heated outdoor shower. Please note the maximum number of guests that this villa can accommodate is 5. Also a small comfy trundle bed or cot, suitable for a child, can be added to the main bedroom if so required. INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED RATE ARE:

"Casa villa exceeded all our expectations. After staying at multiple villas around Bali, we were super pleased to spend our final week here. The villa was peaceful, spacious, modern, and sparkling clean. The pool was devine, beds were huuuge and super comfy, great wifi/tv. Huge showers that had filtered hot water too. The Casa Villa team were impeccable. From daily cooked breakfasts, daily cleaning, personal driver, to in-house massage/spa treatments. The owner has thought of absolutely everything, and nothing was ever a problem. The villa is well located with a short stroll to the main street, beach, all restos and warungs. Casa villa was a home away from home, and we will definitely be returning.

Casa Villa is a beautiful, brand new cosy Villa located in the centre of Sanur, an easy 5 minute stroll to Hardy’s supermarket and mall, the amazing restaurants, bars, spas and heaps of shopping available. A further 5 minutes on to 7k of beach boardwalk giving an extensive variety of additional dining and watersport options.

Our rates start from $180 per night this includes Govt and Service Tax - ask for a quote you will be pleasantly surprised when we give something complimentary as well.

Casa’s entry is through the double teak doors which open to a stunning carved stone feature wall. All rooms look out over the sparkling pool, framed by fragrant frangipani trees, where you can relax on the outdoor deck on sunloungers with umbrella.

Couples holidaying as a group or parents of young children will enjoy the privacy afforded by having the two main bedrooms located at opposite ends of the open plan living space. Conveniently one king bed can be converted into 2 single king beds if required. There is an additional smaller bedroom which has a king single bed with a pull out trundle, and its own basic en-suite. It’s perfect for younger children and teens.
