A few days ago, we had the pleasure of hosting American guests Mr. & Mrs. Butler on our 4x4 Volcano Explorer Private Tour.

Transfer driver Wayan picked them up directly from Padma Resort in Ubud and whisked them up to Kintamani, where they met our head guide, Sadu.

Riding in our custom, purpose-built Isuzu D-Max “Pope Mobile,” they hit perfect weather while cruising across the dramatic black sands and ancient lava fields of Mount Batur. While the volcanic landscape is always a showstopper, Mr. & Mrs. Butler shared that their cultural visit to the temple was the absolute highlight of their day.

Once the journey was complete, Wayan delivered them safely back to Padma Resort.
