5 things we’re still thinking about since Sea Sea Hotel...⁠

The pool area: the kind of spot you mean to leave after one swim and somehow surrender the whole afternoon to.⁠
⁠
The attention to detail: nothing’s accidental here. The stuff you don’t consciously notice is exactly what makes it feel this good.⁠
⁠
The art: there is always something to look at, plus Peter Crawford’s photography on the walls. We kept finding new favourites.⁠
⁠
The vintage vibes: old soul, no kitsch. The whole place was genuinely lovely.⁠
⁠
The indoor/outdoor flow: it invites you to linger longer. And the food, well, delicious!⁠⁠⁠⁠

This is the Bali they don’t tell you about… with a beautiful expansive stretch of beach with volcanic black sand, an amazing teppanyaki restaurant with sunset views that will stop you mid-sentence and the most incredible service. No crowds, no chaos, just the ultimate escape from the mainstream rat race of Bali.
