-Alchemy in Penestanen (Ubud) Vegan with one of the best salad bars with a desert and juice bar...great vibe
-My personal favourite: three monkeys on Monkey forest street(view of rice fields)

Here are some Bali details for you:
Driver Nyoman can pick you up at the airport and take you where ever, you'll be safe with him and he knows where all the below locations are. He is on my FB as Nyoman Silver Abe do. If he is not free to drive you around he will know someone.
Places:
Tirta Empul is a sacred site that has many different fountains, one for your aura, all 7 Chakras, abundance, love, ancestral, masculine, feminine etc.

Tjorkoda Rai, he is the ancient Bali healer that does energy work and realigns whatever is off in your body. He is incredible. He starts at 9 am and I suggest getting there before then because he is very busy. He is 300,000 Rupiah per person ($22 USD). He is a MUST SEE! Wear long sleeves with a sarong and a sash around your waist. Easy to buy in Bali.

Ida Resi Elite, she is an awakened high priestess who gives water purifications. It is a very powerful experience. She works on donation, which on average for a tourist is about 300,000 Rupiah. Wayan may be able to help take you to her, not sure if you have to pre book. This is not for the faint hearted. If you are looking for a profound experience she is it.

Jero Ayu she is a priests. She is almost a full day thing. There is a guy on my (kerri Cust's FB page) FB by the name of Wak, he works with her and can book you in, She is pure unconditional love. Her price is the same as Ida.

There is also a place called valley of the Kings, you have to walk down 200 steps and it is where the kings use to meet. The energy is very strong, most people experience their legs shaking the entire time they are there. Another one not for the faint hearted.

So I know that is all to do but I would recommend Tirtum Empul (fountains) for sure and Tjorkoda rai and Ida. But f you can swing Jero Ayu do it!
