Liebe Gäste,
endlich scheint es wieder möglich zu sein Urlaub in Indonesien zu machen! Derzeit erreichen uns viele Anfragen von euch für Touren und Reisetipps. Leider ist es so, dass Togian boat trip dieses Jahr keine Touren anbieten kann. Die letzten beiden Jahre haben uns dazu gezwungen die Inseln zu verlassen und vorübergehend neue Wege zu begehen. Wir hoffen aber, dass wir im 2023 wieder für euch da sein können.
Gerne beantworten wir eure Fragen oder geben euch Tipps zu den Togians 🙂

Lange war es still um uns. Auch die Togian Inseln werden von den Auswirkungen des Coronavirus nicht verschont.
Hier ein tolles Projekt zur Unterstützung der lokalen Bevölkerung in Manado, Gorontalo und auf den Togians.

King-Kong hat seine erste Tour absolviert und wir können eine positive Bilanz ziehen; Viel Platz & Komfort, weniger Benzin & Umweltverschmutzung, schneller & sicherer. Und das Beste: die Delfine lieben es mit King-Kong um die Wette zu schwimmen!

❌🛳🛠The Ferry from Gorontalo to Togians and back is now in dock for safety inspections. They will be running middle of May again. (🇩🇪Beitrag in Deutsch weiter unten...) 🛠🛳❌

But there is a new Ferry running from Bitung (Manado) -Gorontalo - Togians - Poso-Pariggi (Palu).

This is King Kong, our latest fleet member! He got his name from our 2 years old daughter, when she saw him the first time and we asked her "what's the name of the boat?" she answered directly: "King Kong!"
The body of King Kong is made out of fiberglass. After long time dicussing and thinking, we decided to change from wood to fiberglass. We will use less gasoline and also we don't have to cut down a big tree to replace the body of the boat every 3-4 years.
To build the floor, balance sticks and roof we try to "recycle" as much pieces of our old wooden boat Basilea 2.1. So the traditional style of the long tail boat will remain.
King Kong will be more fast than all the boat we had so far and he will be able to carry more than 10 persons. As our tours mostly booked by 4-6 persons, you will have lots of space on board!
