For a good few years I had not been down at the little harbour on our land below the Pigeon House. Still as beautiful as ever. At high tide a boat can get to open sea and at low tide the harbour becomes a little lake. Very sheltered and at half to low tide a lovey gravel beach, great for swimming.

Busy year, June July and August fully booked. April and May only two weeks per month still available and from end of August still quite a lot of weeks available. We hope to welcome you too!

We are very happy that lots of people have found Pigeon House......Juli and August fully booked, June almost and up to September each month guests but still weeks available. Another imposing view from the West over Derryvegallake direction Kenmare. Location of Pigeon House is within yellow circle, you might have to zoom in a bit to see the yellow cirlcle, Isn't this a great place to stay for your next holiday in Ireland?

Gas tank for central heating topped up again, ready for the winter with a good few bookings! If the weather will be like this week then nobody will need heating! Feels like summer in October!
