After 112 amazing years of service to the people of Athlone and beyond, Marie Grenham, owner of Grenham Travel has announced she will retire at the end of 2024 which will see the closing of the travel agency. Please be assured that all bookings with existing customers will continue without interruption until 31st December 2024.

All outstanding Vouchers will be honoured up to 6th November 2024, with the options to:-
(i) Book with Grenham Travel for 2024 departures
(ii) Receive a Refund or
(iii) Transfer the voucher to Grenham’s Worldchoice partners:
Keller Travel www.kellertrave.ie
Fahy Travel www.fahytravel.ie or
Grogan Travel www.grogantravel.ie

Due to the high volume of enquires, Grenham Travel will not be taking on future bookings. However, our Worldchoice partners will be happy to look after you.

Commenting on her retirement Marie said “I would like to extend heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all our customers who supported us over the decades. We have had fantastic repeat customers, many are generations of the same families trusting us with their holiday choices and travel plans throughout their lives. Grenham Travel has been more than a business to me, it has been a true pleasure and privilege to engage and build relationships on a personal and professional level – sharing key moments in their lives both happy and sad.”

Don't forget today Sun 20th from 3pm to 5pm Connaught St/O'Connell St PARTY... free face painting, children's dancing, Pipe band, gathering of musicians for lively music and stalls PLUS, take time to see some of our history depicted throughout the street on posters and window displays...😊
