📸 There is still time to enter your photo to the second round of our 2025 Leitrim Photo competition!

🤩 Unleash your creativity by submitting your photo of your favourite place/ walk/ or heritage site in Leitrim and be in with a chance to feature in the 2026 Leitrim Tourism Calendar as well as a €50 voucher 🎉 . Whether you’re a professional or an enthusiastic smartphone photographer, the contest is open to all.

🌷 😎 We are now asking for pictures with the theme of spring/summer in Leitrim.
Photos can be submitted by direct message on our Facebook or Instagram page.
The closing date for entries is the 30th of May 2025.

For this competition, we will have an external judge pick their top 15 photos from all photos received. These photos will be published on Leitrim Tourism Facebook and Instagram page. The photo with the most amount of likes across both channels will be the winner.

If you grew up in Leitrim or have roots here, you’ll know that boxty isn’t just food -it’s practically a religion! And while boxty might not be served at every event during The Leitrim Gathering, what will be is the chance to reconnect with Leitrim’s rich history and stories.

April @ Island Theatre Ballinamore

✨️APRIL at the Island Theatre✨️

We have some amazing shows lined up this April with Robert Mizzell celwbrating his 25th anniversary tour on Easter Saturday.

On Friday 25th, as part of the Fleadh concerts we have Carlos Sweeney McCartin kicking the weekend off.

Then Saturday 26th the Island Theatre will be transformed into a Jazz room with Luke Thomas and the Swing Cats who celebrate 100years of swing! Singing songs from the 1920s till today such as 'fly me to the moon' and 'New York, New York!'
