Want to learn to surf and practice yoga on a beautiful beach in Donegal?

Come join us for a 4-week Surf & Yoga programme at Rossnowlagh Beach 🤗

Thursdays 6-8pm
Dates: 15th, 22nd, 29th May & 5th June

We will kick off Thursday evenings together with a beach yoga flow to loosen up our bodies, find our inner calm and connect to the present moment. Followed by a surf lesson to learn some technique before hitting the water together to connect with the ocean, catch some waves and have some fun!

All levels welcome, no prior experience in yoga or surfing needed.
