At 4:45am on May 10th, some 100,000 people will take part in a 5km walk at over 200 locations around Ireland.

This inspiring event symbolises hope - turning Darkness into Light for those who need it most. Pieta is an Irish charity that offers free support to those affected by su***de and self-harm.

It's a beautiful event, walk at your own pace (or run), everyone is so friendly and upbeat. You will know that you're part of something special.
