Estate Caretaker & Housekeeping Assistant

Bundoran Apartments and Holiday Accommodation is seeking a reliable and practical Property Operations Assistant to join our team in Bundoran.

This is a varied role that combines property maintenance, caretaking, driving, housekeeping support and general operations across our holiday accommodation portfolio and apartment developments.

We are flexible regarding hours and are open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of Atlantic Point Apartments common areas
• Keeping hallways, entrances and external areas clean, tidy and presentable
• Managing bins and assisting with the day-to-day upkeep of the development
• Carrying out minor caretaking duties and reporting maintenance issues when identified
• Assisting with furniture movement, deliveries, supplies and property preparation tasks
• Driving company vehicles between properties where required
• Working alongside our housekeeping team to assist with property changeovers and operational support
• Assisting with general property support duties across our accommodation portfolio
• Supporting the team with occasional practical tasks and seasonal projects as required

What We Are Looking For

• Reliable and trustworthy
• Practical and hands-on
• Good communication skills / Fluent in English
• Ability to work independently
• Previous maintenance, caretaking, construction, cleaning or property experience desirable
• Full driving licence essential

Salary: €15.00 per hour
