Situated on one of Irelands most travelled routes the ‘Wild Atlantic Way’ we offer a unique relaxing experience. If its peace, quiet and tranquility you desire then this is the place for you. The cottage was originally built circa 1835 and has been lovingly restored. It started life many years ago as a thatched cottage with a single kitchen and bedroom. The cottage has changed over its 187-year hi

story but has remained in the Harkin family name throughout. With its latest investment my desire is that this property will stand for another 187 years. Today the property boasts a comfortable size cottage with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms with all modern facilities. There is oil central heating with a log burner stove in the kitchen along with modern bathroom facilities. The breath taking views span unimpeded from Portrush to Malin Head as you look out the windows or take in the sea breeze of the roaring Atlantic.

As always, no set timetable, we're sailing our shuttle service between Greencastle and Magilligan from 9am to 8.15pm all through Easter! Tickets are available from our website and always available when you arrive on board 🚢
