The max diameter of our circular/hexagon structures is 5.5 metres for main circle and 3 metres for bathroom. The outer ditch at 8m or less is used for drainage and is filled with loose rocks/gravel to a depth of 1.5m. The structure lies within this drainage ditch and no further foundations are required. The main circle is roofed with thatch and a chimney is erected. All ports for heating and sewage are added but we do not build septic tanks. Separate contractors are required by client for this purpose.
