Babies shouldn't sleep on anything that isn't firm and flat. If your baby falls asleep in one of the following items, we strongly advise you to move them onto a firm, flat surface such as a cot or Moses basket:

⚜️ Bouncer / rocker
⚜️ Pod / nest
⚜️ Highchair

Don’t use hot water bottles to heat a baby’s sleep space (even if you remove it before they get in). Research shows that when a baby gets too hot, there is a risk of overheating which increases the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). So avoid heating up their cot or crib at all – it isn’t necessary and is potentially dangerous.
