e The Bantry Blueway marked kayaking route. Scheduled departures of sea safaris, boat tours, kayak tours, sunset trips are available on our website and private guided trips can also be arranged. Get all the family on board our self-drive boats and let everyone take turn being the captain for the day. Great fun for all the family and trips are accompanied by a guide in a safety boat at all times. Kids Kayak Camps run from 10am-1pm over 3 days during the Easter & Summer holidays for children 8yrs+ who can swim. Fully qualified instructors accompany each group at all times. This Thursday & Friday, our skipper won’t be charting routes out on the bay…because he’s off tying the knot - and for once, it’s not to a mooring rope!

Bantry Bay Boat Hire will be closed on Thursday 14th & Friday 15th, but we’ll be back on Saturday.

We had a great morning with and her family out on our Sea Safari on Bantry Bay today! We were treated to a great show of dolphins on our journey out to the caves and everyone enjoyed plenty of stories and history about the bay and wildlife. Thanks for visiting and for creating some of your summer memories with us! 🌊💙

Looks like we’re in for a blustery bank holiday with strong winds forecast! Here are our opening hours for the weekend! I’m being hopeful the weather gods make Bantry an exception and we’ll be able get out. Customer safety is our number one priority so please ring ahead before booking online as conditions might be much better locally than what’s forecast.
