Hi everyone, thankfully there seems to be a lot of interest in this club and we are being contacted by people from surrounding villages who would like to also join the club. Because if this we have decided to change the time of the club in Fermoy. It will now be from 2.15-3.15 and 3.15-4.15 so as to give parents a chance to get in after school!

Hi everyone & welcome to our new page, The Fairy Tale Club. We are a new club opening up in Mitchelstown and Fermoy which hopes to give children aged between 3 and 10 years of age an exciting and magical experience, with some of their favourite story books, through art, drama, music and science.
Our sessions will begin in Mitchelstown Leisure Centre on Wednesday the 13th of September (and will continue every wednesday) and in Fermoy youth centre on Friday 15th September (and will continue every friday).
There will be 2 session run for an hour each, the first being from 2pm - 3pm for younger children and 3pm - 4pm for older children.
The price of this club is €10 per child, per week - which we do ask to be paid monthly in order to have materials and facilities ready for each child each month.
Each month we will cover a storybook/theme/character and in that month we will read related books, do pieces of art, act out the stories and do experiments related to the chosen story. We are really looking forward to this exciting new adventure and hope that you will join us for it.
